about lasting bonds.

The vision

Strong brands are not built through acquisition alone.

They are built through relationships people choose to return to.

Retention is not a tactic. It is a long-term commitment to relevance, clarity, and consistency across all CRM channels.

Loyalty, in this sense, is not enforced. It is earned.

The values

  • Growth does not require more noise at the first base. It requires focus, structure and intentional decisions across all relevant channels and at different stages in your customers’ lifecycle.

The aim is to create a cohesive customer journey with a clear focus point to emphasize your brand’s core values.

  • Sustainable retention is built through well-designed lifecycle thinking, not isolated campaigns and one-off initiatives.

The deeper the understanding of your target audience, the better we can adjust your system to each lifecycle stage and create valuable touchpoints along the customer journey.

  • LastingBonds. is a strategic partner, not an external executor.

That means asking the right questions, challenging assumptions and working closely with your team rather than around it.

The goal is not to create reliance, but to strengthen internal capability, so what we build together continues to evolve long after the collaboration ends.

LastingBonds - Brand Voice

My name is

Louisa Schiminski

I work with brands that want to build relationships beyond the transaction - what I call lastingbonds.

I don’t see retention in isolation, but as part of a broader brand and marketing system, connecting strategy, communication and experience across the full customer journey.

For me, everything needs to be designed with intention. I value close collaboration, clear thinking and solutions that are ambitious yet realistic.

If you’d like to connect or explore how ways of working together, I’d love to hear from you.

The Story

My path into retention started with noticing how often brands stop thinking about customers after the first purchase. I saw how much effort goes into acquisition, and how little intention is given to what happens next.

Journeys built in silos.

Messages sent without context.

Systems designed for efficiency rather than relationships.

This never felt right to me.

Over time, I focused more and more on what happens after conversion.

On the structure behind customer communication.

On the logic behind loyalty.

On the invisible architecture that determines whether customers return or quietly disappear.

Working in CRM, e-commerce and as a consultant across different B2C and B2B environments has shown me one thing:

Retention is rarely a tool problem. It is a clarity problem. And clarity can be designed.

Today, my work is about helping brands build clarity into their systems, communication and decision-making with one goal:

Lasting bonds becoming intentional rather than accidental.
